The owner of a two-room apartment in the "Solomensky" clubhouse contacted the "One Project" design studio. He had long dreamed of a cozy, tastefully decorated home, to which he would gladly return after work and enjoy coziness and comfort.
Nothing is impossible for the designers of our studio - that's why we managed to realize the most cherished wishes and dreams of the customer in a fairly short period of time.
We have created a Design Project of a two-room apartment with a total area of 81.9 square meters.

The main goal of the project was to create a stylish modern interior, which would include all the basic functions necessary for a comfortable life. The apartment is in a new building, the space is adapted to the standard planning from the developer, optimized for our purposes.
When developing the planning, we tried to make every square meter of the apartment functional, we managed to place everything necessary in it and at the same time preserve the feeling of space and freedom. The layout provides for a compact functional kitchen with a built-in kitchen set and a large dining table, a living room with a full-fledged workplace, a bedroom with a cozy dressing nook, and a functional spacious bathroom.
The decoration of the apartment is made with accent combinations of natural colors and textures. A calm color scheme was taken as a basis. Light walls complement wooden surfaces and porcelain stoneware. Dark elements are used as color accents: black lamps, elements of furniture, decor and sanitary ware.
Discreet decoration in the interior and minimalist furniture are complemented by wooden decorative panels on the walls and metal black accent lamps. Built-in LED lights, parquet board and large floor plants add coziness and warmth.
In general, the result is a restrained modern interior, which certainly will not get bored with time, and will always be relevant. An interior that is comfortable to live in and pleasant to be in.
